When I first contacted Bob we had purchased property and really had no idea what the process for building a home entailed. After the first meeting I felt like Bob and I were on the same page and he understood what we were wanting for a home. We had a tight budget and Bob was able to design a home that we could afford. The design was also really beautiful and everything that I hoped for. Bob helped us choose a contractor and walked us through the process to being building. Our home was completed in 2018 and it is truly our dream home. I love the layout and the big windows that take advantage of the amazing views. I really enjoyed working with Bob and although we don’t anticipate leaving this home, we wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. We can’t recommend him enough.

I have worked with Architect Bob Kaczowka to full satisfaction since 2003. I hired him for multiple projects including: a remote Utah Ranch Retreat based on Native American design, a custom Modern Alpine Bakery building for a new business venture, and a new commercial Tenant Improvement (T.I.) restaurant bakery café in Las Vegas. The Design of all the projects is excellent, as was working with Kaczowka Architect.

My home is perfect! Bob walked the home site at multiple times of the day to determine lighting and positioning of the home to maximize my 180 degree view of the scenic red cliffs. We then decided on large custom windows to allow those views from most rooms of the house. I’m extremely happy with the layout, functionality and modern yet simplistic look of the home. I would highly recommend Mesa Design to anyone building a new home. The ability to work with someone eager and willing to customize your home design to get exactly what is desired is well worth the time and effort.

How fortuitous to meet Robert Kaczowka over 20 Years ago. He designed a Fine Art Gallery for us, taking into account the adjoining historic property of the famous artist Maynard Dixon. With great care and sensitivity, he provided a well thought out concept that included elements of the original architecture and culture of the area. Most importantly he incorporated into the design the magnificent views in every window. He designed to our specific needs and is always efficient, responsive and pleasant.

The Design of the exterior completely exceeded my expectations! I met with Robert and he immediately understood the concept I was looking for. Robert also worked closely with me and my builder throughout the building process, checking things as it went along, as I was not in town.
